INCharge Services was founded by Jenni Sampson in 2022.
Jenni is an experienced credit controller based in Maldon, Essex.
Jenni founded the
company to provide outsourced credit control to
SMEs that recognise the success or failure of a
business largely depends on the sale of products
and services and the management of credit
granted to clients.
Offering a monthly retainer,
Jenni currently serves clients that typically have a
turnover of £250,000 to £5m p.a.

Jenni signed up to Blueprint for Business in October 2023 and first attended a workshop in Maldon titled “Overcoming Business Hurdles”. Gaining an insight into topics like cybersecurity, cost of living crisis and customer loyalty, Jenni was keen to expand her knowledge and immediately signed up for 1:1 coaching from Sarah Brockwell.
Having a clear objective on the number of new clients she wanted to onboard, she scheduled her 3 hours of 1:1 coaching, which was delivered via ZOOM. Sarah established that Jenni is a powerful networker and could use this skill to help increase brand awareness.
How Blueprint for Business helped INCharge Services
Jenni is planning a NEW WEBSITE and we discussed how to make her service offering both engaging and simple. We considered a tiered monthly SUBSCRIPTION OR RETAINER model (e.g. silver, gold, platinum). We discussed a FRANCHISE business model as an alternative. Jenni agreed that she could grow the business by EXPANDING her service portfolio to include debt collection and book keeping. Sarah had recommended that she conducts both QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH before fundamentally changing her service offering. Sarah advised on LEAD MAGNETS and SOCIAL MEDIA in respect of the website.
Sarah’s PR expertise generated some ideas for website LAUNCH PROMOTIONS. Jenni has collaborated with design agency ‘The Inky Giraffe’ to create some social posts and website KPIs. Sarah used a MARCOMMS template to plan campaigns such as BUSINESS AWARDS. Finally, Sarah’s MEDIA PACK AND BRAND TREE documents helped galvanise key messages before Sarah referred Jenni for a feature on BBC ESSEX.
