NEEB Link is a fully funded business support programme open to businesses of any size, in any sector, across the six North Essex districts of Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon, Tendring and Uttlesford. It provides expert advice, practical learning, and an App, all designed around the real challenges of running a business day to day.

One of the key strengths of NEEB Link is that it recognises there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to business support. A rural business owner in Uttlesford may face very different challenges to a growing enterprise in Chelmsford or a start-up in Tendring.

What also stands out is the flexibility. Support is delivered in a variety of formats, so it fits around your business, not the other way around, removing some of the barriers often experienced by rural business leaders, including travel time, isolation and limited access to networking opportunities.

For businesses in more remote or rural areas, this is significant. Historically, business support has tended to cluster around larger towns. NEEB Link changes the mould by bringing expert support directly into local communities through its pop-in clinics and digital 1:1’s.

The programme is built for hybrid delivery, with in-person, online, and on-demand support available, to suit all levels of need.
