Discovering NEEB Link
Mark attended two NEEB Link networking events, a cybersecurity event at New Hall School and a Bank of England economic update at Three Rivers Golf Club in Maldon. Both events provided valuable opportunities to meet other professionals and gain insights into important issues affecting businesses today.

Mark describes the NEEB Link events as welcoming, informative and refreshingly different from many other networking environments. He noted that some networking groups can feel cliquey or overly sales-focused, whereas NEEB events felt open, relaxed and focused on learning as well as building connections.
The element he particularly valued was the quality of the speakers and topics featured at the events. Presentations such as the Bank of England session and cybersecurity specialists provided useful insights into the wider factors that influence business performance.

As someone who regularly attends networking events, Mark believes NEEB stands out because it combines high-quality speakers with valuable networking opportunities, creating a more informative experience than traditional networking formats.
Mark has also downloaded the NEEB app and uploaded his business details and logo, reaching 400+ active app users.
Although Mark’s primary aim at networking events is relationship-building rather than immediate sales, he has already developed useful connections through NEEB.
Following the Bank of England event, he connected with James Bennett from JB Finance. The two later met for coffee and discussed potential collaboration opportunities.
